AG Bell is pleased to offer the following educational programs for professionals, families and adults with hearing loss to learn more about listening and spoken language, engage with experts in the field and to earn approved continuing education units (CEUs) towards professional certification requirements.

Identifying and Managing Pediatric Hearing Loss
This one-day conference, presented by AG Bell in partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina, Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, will be held October 18, 2013 at Embassy Suites Hotel Airport/Convention Center in Charleston, S.C., aims to bring together health care and services providers involved in the care of children with hearing loss to reduce loss to follow-up and misdiagnosis of hearing loss. The conference will offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) for physicians and other medical professionals as well as CEUs from the AG Bell Academy, the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Auditory-Verbal Practice: State of the Art
This one-day seminar, on Friday, October 11, 2013 at the Hilton Hotel in Philadelphia, Pa., organized by Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech, will focus on the state of the art of Auditory-Verbal Practice and is designed for teachers of the deaf, speech-language pathologists, early intervention practitioners, and allied professionals. The event offers AG Bell Academy of Listening and Spoken Language (LSLS) CE credit, ACT 48 credit, and ASHA CEUs.

 Parent Advocacy Training- Online
This free course helps parents and educators build knowledge and confidence as they become advocates for their children living with hearing loss and work with local school districts and service providers. Earn 1.5 CEUs by the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language.

Research Symposium- Online 
Earn up to 4.0 CEUs for viewing the NIH sponsored 2012 Research Symposium, From the Ear to the Brain. CEUs can be used towards certification or recertification with the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language.

The Volta Review- Online
The Volta Review offers one quiz per journal issue, beginning with the 2012 monograph “Current Knowledge and Best Practices for Telepractice.” Earn up to 2.0 AG Bell Academy CEUs.

LSLS™ Application Overview- Online
Watch the Application Overview webinar - A free online tutorial with helpful information for anyone beginning the LSLS application process. This course has been pre-approved for 0.5 LSLS CEUs.
